The Klipsch CDT-5800-C II is a state-of-the-art in-ceiling loudspeaker designed to overcome the limitations of fixed locations through its Controlled Dispersion Technology (CDT). This patent-pending gimbal mechanism allows high and low frequencies to be directed toward the listening area, ensuring an accurate sound with less reflection. The speaker features a 100-degree Titanium compression driver with a symmetrical Tractrix® Horn and an 8-inch Cerametallic™ woofer that can rotate 360 degrees and tilt 15 degrees. Enhanced with a Linear Travel Suspension for the tweeter, it delivers detailed and smooth high frequencies. The CDT-5800-C II is also equipped with a premium network and adjustable treble and bass, offering unparalleled audio excellence. It comes in a paintable white finish and is compatible with the Klipsch IK-800-C installation kit and ME-800-C fire-rated speaker enclosure, both sold separately.
